
THOMAS MATTHEWS
Hi all! Iām Chef Thomas Matthews, and it is my honor to serve you here at The Farm Table. At the age of 7, growing up right here in Western Massachusetts, I called Cordon Bleu Culinary School to enroll, because I knew I wanted to be a chef. Food has been passed down in my family for generations, my grandmother being a nutritionist and my grandfather having been a former chef in the Navy. And now, after 20 years of working in restaurants from both a pub and rustic scene to an aspiring Michelin star scene in places such as Lafayette Louisiana and Brooklyn New York, it is my pleasure to take you on a journey with food that will straddle that same divide, and show not only an elevated experience of New England fare, but also the bounty of what we have right here in Western Mass. I am incredibly excited as is our entire team here at The Farm Table to share what food is all about - making memories, sharing stories, and cherishing the ones we love.
