Ashley Evans
Ashley Evans is a native to Franklin County, growing up ‘on the hill’ in Turners Falls, MA. Ashley graduated from Turners Falls High School and began taking colleges classes in Worcester, MA. While in college her immediate family moved to Charlotte County, Florida. At that time Ashley made the difficult decision to leave the one place she has always called home and follow her family to Florida. She spent the next 12 years in the Punta Gorda area working various jobs in the restaurant industry. In 2015, Ashley and her partner decided to opened their first restaurant. The Turtle Club (which was later renamed The Blue Turtle) was their passion project, pouring all their time and energy into making it exactly what they dreamed. It did not take long to see that all their hard work paid off. With one successful restaurant up and running they proceed to open several other restaurants, F.M. Don's, The Pier, Turtle Bay all in Punta Gorda, FL and The Glass Tavern in Schenectady, NY. In 2022, while Ashley was in Western Mass visiting her friends and family, she learned that The Farm Table, a restaurant that she had visited several times and loved during previous visits was no longer open and for sale. This peaked Ashley’s interested and after a few meetings a new collaboration emerged. When Ashley isn’t juggling her life at the restaurant, she is chasing around her 3 young children at home. Ashley has a love for planning exciting and unique events and can't wait to create a fun spot for all ages!
