Scott's culinary journey began at a tender age where he spent countless hours watching Top Chef, attempting to replicate the dishes created by the winners. Growing up in the picturesque hills of Gill, MA, he is a local talent who graduated from Turners Falls High School.

Fuelled by a love for adventure, Scott embarked on a journey across the country after graduation. His travels allowed him to explore new places, sample various culinary delights, and forge connections with remarkable individuals. In 2015, Scott returned to his Massachusetts roots to pursue his lifelong passion for cooking.

Scott's culinary skills underwent further refinement as he dedicated his talents to establishments like The Farm Table, Johnny's Tavern, and 30 Boltwood. Today, he's celebrated for creating delectable, visually stunning dishes that tantalize the taste buds and captivate the senses.
